How long before I start to make money?

In every business there are many variables that can impact “time to cash flow positive”. How well is the business managed and how much is the debt service for example?  If you consider debt service, it can vary from franchise to franchise. Some franchisees open with no debt to service while others take out loans for 70% - 75% of the investment required. How much money will I make?

What are the HouseDoctors Royalties?

Royalties are 6% of labor revenue or 4% of material revenue, and 2% of gross revenue to National Marketing Fund.

HouseDoctors job site auto populates their network when franchisees advertise for staff.

How does HouseDoctors differ from the competition?

House Doctors started over 20 years ago as one of the first to bring professionalism to the industry. The Company over that time has built a high quality reputation for providing a variety of reliable, handyman and remodeling services. The Company’s “more than just a handyman” motto and it’s highly trained franchisees and workforce provide a significant infrastructure to develop increasing growth opportunities including product installations, light remodeling and home modifications for the aging population both locally and nationally. That’s why franchisees are happy to renew agreements.

How long does it take to open my business?

In general around 3-4 months is typical. It can take 4-6 weeks to go through your Discovery Process, with 2-4 weeks for finance. Once you buy your franchise and secure your protected territory you go on the House Doctors Fast Start Program. This can take 4-6 weeks. You then come to Cincinnati for 1 week of classroom training. After classroom training you’re ready to start and hit the ground running.
